Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH is the largest European computer company and develops, manufactures and supplies personal computers, notebooks and servers. In Augsburg, one of the most modern manufacturing facilities in Europe, ca. two million devices are being manufactured per year.

The US company, which develops and manufactures computers for application in industry, telecommunications as well as aviation and aerospace, has selected Augsburg as European Headquarters for serving the entire European market. The NCR Corporation (abbreviation for National Cash Register, NYSE: NCR) is an internationally active USA company with Head Office in Dayton (Ohio). The company, which has been in existence for 120 years, is regarded as one of the oldest and most established companies in the IT sector. NCR has some 50,000 employees around the world, of which ca. 40,000 are in Augsburg.
