Soccer FC Augsburg

The FCA was founded in 1907. The club, with its meanwhile 1,000 members, pursues a steady road to the top. In 2006 it achieved a huge goal: It advanced into the higher league of German soccer, the 2nd Federal League. In 1972 the canoe slalom of the Olympic summer games took place on the only artificial white water course in Germany, the Augsburg ice channel. Kayak and rafting is performed on six competition courses of the safest white water course of the world. |
